Sending and returns

 I Send of the package

As general norm, the packages are sent in 12 p.m. following the receipt of the payment, across the company of transport that is chosen on having realized the order. It will be possible do a follow-up of the sending, by means of the habitual systems of every company of transport and also from www.ovillos.com in the paragraph of condition of the orders. We use companies with delivery time of 24-48 h for peninsula, and from 3 to 5 working days for sending for Post office.

TAXES

The orders for Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Isles and countries not belonging to the European Union and rest of the world are subject to customs expenses on which HILATURAS LM S.L. does not have any control and of which HILATURAS LM, S.L. does not become a person in charge in any case. The above mentioned payment always will correspond to the addressee of the goods or buying, before realizing his purchase we recommend to him to consult with his office of customs to obtain more detailed information in the matter. 

RESIDENTS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

The prices of the products that they find to the sale in our shops of electronic commerce include the Tax of Added value (I.V.A.) in the summary that it will see for screen and in the invoice that will receive close to his order, it will go out separately, being the total the same one.

Residents in countries not of the European union

The purchases that there realize natural or juridical resident persons in countries extracomunitarios will be exempt from the payment of the VAT. Orders will not be served in P.O. boxes. Returns

HILATURAS LM S.L (www.ovillos.com) guarantees the quality of the product, which is covered by current legislation. Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or handling, defective washing, etc., or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee offered by HILATURAS LM S.L (www.ovillos.com) on the products it markets, the repair, replacement of the item, reduction or return will be chosen, under the legally established terms.

If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of fifteen (15) days, from the date of receipt, to exercise the right of return. The shipping and collection costs in case of return will be borne by the customer.

To make such a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the merchandise has been received at HILATURAS LM S.L (www.ovillos.com), and after checking its condition, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the customer.

Any product that you want to exchange or return must always be done with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packed in its original box and correctly protected. The item to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received, which will be determined by our experts.

In summary, HILATURAS LM S.L (www.ovillos.com) will only pay the shipping costs generated by a return if it is due to an error on our part when serving the order, or if it is a defective product. The shipping costs generated by the exchange of an item will always be borne by the customer.

In any case, the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will be admitted, being HILATURAS LM S.L (www.ovillos.com) who will bear the shipping costs as long as the customer communicates this circumstance within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Important: On orders with free shipping for exceeding 60 €, if the customer makes a partial return that reduces the final value of the order below that amount, 6 € will be deducted as shipping costs not charged initially. This deduction will apply unless the return is due to an error by HILATURAS LM S.L or a defect in the product.
